Sadhane is an organization of PLHIV (people living with HIV) with a strong presence in Bangalore Rural and Ramanagara Districts.
Sadhane focuses on vulnerable and most at risk populations (sex workers, sexual minorities, the poor, women, migrants etc.) In the context of HIV and involves them in decision making processes at all levels. Sadhane builds democratic institutions/ networks of PLHIV that are accountable, transparent and with strong ethical values. Sadhane builds the capacities of its members/ PLHIV to be able to advocate for social change, social entitlements as well as Greater Involvement of People with AIDS. Sadhane strongly believes that networking and convergence at various levels is among the most plausible solutions in contributing to positive prevention and ensuring care and support of
PLHIV. Besides this Sadhane also builds a sense of solidarity among PLHIV.
QUALICATIONS:
Graduate or post graduate in commerce Minimum 3 years of experience, Able to communicate in Kannada and English Computer skills with TALLY
